Jetting Unit access and egress

An incident has occurred on one of our client’s North Sea platforms, whereby an Aquadyne Radiation Protection Supervisor (RPS) received an injury to his right elbow, when he slipped on a wet surface and fell whilst exiting an RBG containerised jetting unit. The team were working on night shift and there was heavy rain at the time of the incident.
